• Question: Is it really free to list a letting?
• Answer: Yes, you can list a letting free including loading photos of your facilities. If someone is interested in your room, then you need to upgrade to a Gold Member before you can make contact.

• Question: Is it really free to search?
• Answer: Yes, you can browse our database free. It is only when you have found a room that you might be interested in hiring that we ask you to upgrade to Silver membership. Silver members can qualify their searches with more criteria and can set up email notifications.

• Question: I have found a room that I want to let. What do I do next?
• Answer: Once you have found the room that you might want, just click on the contact link. You will be presented with a message form to fill. The subject is a drop down box with two options: “I wish to hire your room”, or “I am interested in your room but I have some questions”. You fill in the text body of the form and this message is sent to the landlord. You should include your name and any contact details in the message. Please note, you have to be at least a Silver member before the message is sent.
• Question: How do I upgrade my membership status? What can I do as a paid member.
• Answer: You can upgrade your membership or pay additional subscription by using the ‘Upgrade’ link. You can choose how much credit you put into your account and you choose which grade of membership you want. The following table sets out the membership facilities.

• Question: I have messages about lettings. Why can’t I see the details?
• Answer: You have to be a Gold member before you can see the detail of contact messages. To see these messages, just upgrade to Gold membership by using the ‘Upgrade’ function. Once the payment has been made, you will be able to see.

• Question: How do I choose between Silver and Gold membership?
• Answer: Silver membership is for therapists who are looking for facilities to hire. The fee for this is just £5 per month. Gold membership is for landlords who want to hire out their facilities. The fee for this is £20 per month.

• Question: What happens if I let my paid membership lapse?
• Answer: You just become a Standard member.. You will continue to receive messages and notifications but you will not be able to see the details of these messages until you become a paying member again.

• Question: What happens when I set up an email notification?
• Answer: The site will send you an email message saying a new letting has been listed that satisfy the selection criteria that you have set-up. Of course, you can make this as wide or as narrow as you want. The system continues notifying you whilst you remain a paid member. Once you revert back to Standard membership, you will no longer receive the notifications. However, if you upgrade your membership again, the notifications will start again.
